Your Impact:
As Chief Nursing Officer, you will serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and provide strategic oversight for all nursing services throughout the hospital. You will:
- Lead nursing strategy, clinical excellence, and operational performance
- Develop, mentor, and support nursing leaders and frontline staff
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, state, and regulatory standards
- Drive workforce planning, staffing effectiveness, and nursing resource management
- Partner with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Monitor quality indicators and champion performance improvement initiatives
- Support employee engagement, retention, and leadership development
- Influence organizational planning, decision-making, and long-term growth strategies

Qualifications
- Active RN License (MO or eligible for reciprocity).
- Proven Nursing Leadership (CNO, DON, or equivalent).
- Behavioral Health Experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting (required).
- Strategic & Operational Expertise with strong interpersonal skills.
- BSN required; MSN or mental health nursing preferred.
- 6+ years RN experience (10+ preferred).
- 3+ years progressive nursing management.
- 2+ years behavioral health RN experience in inpatient psychiatry.
