About The Role
The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a continuous climate of collaborative work between operations/scientific staff and Quality Assurance department (QA) staff, and generating schedules based on timelines/staff experience. This position is responsible for assignment of QA staff to various study submissions/deliverables while considering timelines, operational prioritization needs, and staff experience and availability. This position is also responsible for maintaining the currency of any/all scheduling software (e.g., Compass, Excel tracker, etc.).
What You'll Do Here
Generates the most efficient/accurate schedule for the QA team in a timely manner.
Works closely with other departments to ensure appropriate software and schedules are accurate.
Identifies and proactively communicates the risk of non-compliance with deadlines. Communicates expected delays of QA audit deliverables to operations within 24 hours.
Perform any other duties as requested by QA management.
Laboratory Sciences Specific Responsibilities:
Coordinates and assigns available resources for study audits, internal inspections, vendor audits, and process audits.
What You'll Need To Succeed
High School diploma completed
Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
Ability to write reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees of the organization.
Bilingual proficiency in French and English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well-developed interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of resource planning.
Capable of managing multiple conflicting priorities.
Able to work in an environment with a high level of change.
Detail oriented.
Project management and coordination skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines; sense of urgency.
