Who you are:
As a Senior Financial Planning Specialist, you are a subject matter expert. You will use your knowledge in the financial services industry, effective communication skills, and experience with financial planning software to help develop and deliver client-focused financial plans. You are excited to provide suggestions on how to improve them towards alignment with clients’ financial goals. You welcome a challenge and want to improve financial performance with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.
What you’ll do:
Provide training on how to best use our financial planning software system. Conducts in depth training for new Wealth Advisors. Keeps current staff informed of any system updates or enhancements, holding additional training as needed
Act as a liaison with our financial planning software vendor, working to solve any issues that arise
Responsible for keeping up to date on changes within tax law and any other issues that effect the financial planning industry
Review financial plans created by Wealth Advisors for Frost clients. Ensures that any and all assumptions made while creating the plan are reasonable and take specific client characteristics into account. Makes suggestions on how to improve plan quality and completeness

What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years experience in financial planning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to create and facilitate training sessions
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Additional Preferred Skills:
Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS) designation
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation
