The Sales Advisor – Artificial Lift Systems partners with customers to deliver production optimization solutions that improve well performance, reliability, and recovery. Working closely with customers and internal teams, the role identifies business opportunities, develops technical and commercial solutions, and supports the growth of Artificial Lift Systems across assigned markets.

The Sales Advisor – Artificial Lift Systems drives sales growth through early customer engagement, solution development, and strategic account support. The role combines technical expertise and commercial insight to deliver value-driven Artificial Lift solutions that enhance production performance and maximize customer asset value.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Sell products, services, parts, solutions, or projects within a designated geographic area.
- Handle products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and understanding of the environments in which they are used.
- Conduct technical analysis and adapt sales approaches to meet client requirements and operating conditions.
- Manage complex sales processes involving multiple internal and customer stakeholders.
- Incorporate technical, economic, logistical, and financial considerations when developing customer proposals.
- Manage key clients within a specific product line.
- Collaborate with technical colleagues to respond to customer inquiries and assess local operating conditions.
- Support medium-sized sales opportunities within the department's scope of responsibility.
- Cover a country-level or large-territory sales area.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
- Have minimum 5+ years of sales experience.
- Have experience in Artificial Lift is strongly preferred.
- Communicate effectively in Turkish, with language proficiency preferred.
- Be a good team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
Display a customer-focused mindset with the ability to build relationships
Demonstrate the ability to be proactive, flexible and a self-starter
Have good attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
