JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a ADMIN/FORKLIFT OPERATOR/WAREHOUSE WORKER in Ladson, SC. Our client is a logistics facility. The FORKLIFT OPERATOR/WAREHOUSE WORKER is responsible operating a forklift 80% of the time while also helping with other tasks 20% of the time.
Responsibilities of a FORKLIFT OPERATOR/WAREHOUSE WORKER includes:
- Load/Unload Containers
- Operate forklift within OSHA standards
- Practice safety and efficiency in compliance with warehouse regulations
- Material handling
Job Requirements of a FORKLIFT OPERATOR/WAREHOUSE WORKER:
- 2nd Shift: 2pm-10pm
- Available for overtime
- Handling high value commodities safely
- Quickly moving material while maintaining safe driving
- PPE required: Steel toes, vest
REQUIRED Experience and Education:
- 1+ year experience driving in/out of containers on forklift
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Comfortable lifting up 25+ lb regularly
