Group 1 Toyota Southwest Houston is growing fast and we are looking to add a qualified Auto Parts Counter Sales Associate to our team!
Responsibilities
- Operate the Retail Parts Store and support the Service and Collision Parts Departments as needed.
- Assist internal and external customers in identifying, locating, and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
- Process parts orders, invoices, and customer transactions accurately.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to locate and distribute parts in a timely manner.
- Communicate parts updates, availability and order status to customers and internal team members.
- Receive, stock, and organize daily parts shipments while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean work area
Qualifications
- Automotive dealership parts department experience is required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
