Overview
SEO Project Manager
We are hiring an SEO Project Manager (Search & Performance) to join our integrated performance marketing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to help deliver impactful search marketing programmes across multiple European markets, working alongside specialists in SEO, PPC, strategy and activation. You'll play a key role in bringing projects together, ensuring high-quality delivery while helping teams collaborate effectively and achieve great results. What you'll be doing:
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of SEO and PPC projects across multiple European markets.
- Manage timelines, trackers and project documentation to keep workstreams organised and on schedule.
- Collaborate with Search Activation and Search Strategy teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Coordinate project updates, meetings and key communications to keep stakeholders informed.
- Identify potential risks, dependencies and blockers, helping teams find solutions early.
- Monitor deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency and quality standards are maintained.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting efficient project management processes and ways of working.
Qualifications
Skills we're looking for:
- Understanding of project management principles gained through education, training or practical experience.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence working across diverse teams.
- Interest in digital marketing, particularly within SEO, PPC or performance marketing.
- Proactive and collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
