Responsible for the upkeep of the building and grounds. Assists and/or completes routine housekeeping and maintenance in and around the property as needed.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleans floors, carpets, lights, equipment, HVAC vents, behind washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, and windows. Power washes areas as needed.
• Answers housekeeping calls throughout the building; cleans and resupplies
• Performs trash and recycling removal from entire building throughout the day and
• Maintains public space areas, to include but not limited to, buildings, plants, grounds, walkways, entrances, and related sites to ensure that they are kept clean and orderly according to property schedule and guidelines.
• Clears entrances and sidewalks of snow, ice, and other debris timely and as
• Prepares areas for occupancy according to the guidelines; performs minor maintenance in units and related buildings.
• Maintains documentation of maintenance activities, reporting any problems found during inspections, repairs completed and other relevant information.
• Assists in preparing for trainings, meetings, or other events by setting up and taking down furniture/equipment.
• Performs routine, preventative, and minor maintenance duties in conjunction with the repair, modification, installation and maintenance of the facilities, equipment, and structures.
