ACCIONA in Infrastructure currently looking for a CQ Inspector for BASA Airbase project located in Floridablanca, Pampanga

• Inspect concrete works before, during, and after placement.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Witness and perform concrete quality tests (e.g., slump, temperature, compressive strength, sampling).
• Ensure proper reinforcement, formwork, embedment, and concrete placement procedures.
• Prepare inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation.
• Raise and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with construction teams, consultants, and laboratories to ensure quality compliance.
• Monitor curing and finishing activities to achieve required quality standards.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; or
• Diploma/Technical qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality inspection of concrete works.
• With at least 2–5 years of experience in concrete quality inspection on infrastructure, building, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of concrete testing procedures, quality control standards, and construction specifications.
• Experience working with international contractors is an advantage.
