The Office Reviewer is responsible for managing billing operations, contract administration, customer account setup, branch phone coverage, and project documentation. This role ensures financial accuracy, compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, and seamless coordination between customers, vendors, and internal teams throughout the lifecycle of installation projects.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Process installation billing and ensure accuracy based on contract terms and project milestones
Create and manage jobs for Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) services
Handle customer billing inquiries and resolve account discrepancies
Process credit requests with proper documentation and approvals
Review and process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Resolve discrepancies and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
Set up new customer accounts in Sedona for all non-WeSuite customers
Ensure all contract details align with billing and service requirements
Close out installation jobs after confirming all billing and documentation requirements are complete
Support job setup and system accuracy across platforms
Manage CPR prevailing wage requirements and maintain compliance records
Oversee all installation-related documentation, including conditional waivers, project paperwork, and compliance forms
Collect and maintain builder W-9s, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and vendor packets
Coordinate hotel bookings and travel arrangements for installers
Answer and manage incoming branch phone calls, provide customer assistance and route calls to the appropriate department
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and visitors contacting the branch and ensure calls and inquiries are handled in a professional and timely manner
Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is complete and accessible
Support cross-training and process documentation for key responsibilities
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Education/Qualifications:
Bachelor or Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
Ability to greet visitors, clients, and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.
Ability to type at least 50 wpm.
Ability to proofread.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Basic understanding of office equipment.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Other Duties:

Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Compensation:
$30–$34/hour depending on experience
