The global customer training & education team consist of 8 dedicated and passionate specialists with a mix of seniority, educational backgrounds, and nationalities. We are regionally organized and collaborate for global activities. The team develops and maintains the clinical and product training for direct, in-direct sales, clinical specialists, marketing, as well as our customers of GE HealthCare Surgical Visualization and Guidance solutions.We plan and execute various types of trainings events for end-users (surgeons), distributors and internal employees e.g., virtual product demonstrations from our studio in Miami, webinars and in-person workshops.

Job description:
The global customer training and education manager will lead development of training programs & execution of training activities for healthcare professionals, internal GE Healthcare employees and distribution partners in the use of SVG clinical solutions in collaboration with the global education team
Typical Tasks:
- Training activities for field employees in direct and indirect sales channels, new hire training, and end-users.
- Support new product introductions.
- Work closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)
- Host webinars and other virtual training events for Customers and internal employees
- Plan and execute end-user workshops
- Prepare instructions videos and other recording material
- Liaise with the team to improve the training offering.
- Work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work closely with other departments, especially Product Marketing, Marketing Communication, Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs.
Required skills:
- 5 years of experience from a similar position in medical devices.
- Must possess a clinical background with experience with imaging modalities.
- Experience working in the surgical environment will be a plus.
- You are a self-starter, dynamic and outgoing with a strong drive to develop the clinical market approach.
In addition, you:
- Are fluent in written and spoken English, other languages a plus.
- Can collaborate across different departments.
- Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Can manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Understand the regulatory implications with medical devices.
- Understand the importance of compliance while working with HealthCare Professionals
- Have a resilient mindset and thrive in a changing environment.
