Be a part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality, affordable healthcare worldwide.The Pricing Administrator III role in Latam is responsible for providing operational support in the management of radars, price discrepancies, deal maintenance, and ticket follow-up, ensuring timely and accurate execution of Pricing processes across the region. This is a remote work model position based in Bogotá, Colombia.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Daily follow-up on pricing discrepancy trackers and monitoring activities
- Monitoring, managing, and closing tickets while maintaining backlog control
- Validating and reviewing information in SAP
- Utilizing and developing expertise in tools such as Vendavo and ServiceNow
- Coordinating with Customer Service, Sales, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues
- Updating operational reports and tracking key performance metrics
- Providing support to different LATAM clusters based on business and operational demands
- Assisting with month-end, quarter-end, and fiscal year-end closing activities
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in operational areas such as Customer Service, Order Management, Revenue Management, or administrative support
- Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to work with reports and data.
- SAP, Vendavo, or ServiceNow experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet response timelines.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
- Intermediate English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate in a regional environment is nice to have
