Position: Human Resources Manager, ITW Fluids NA Division
Reports To: Division HR Director
Location: Olathe, KS or Tucker, GA

Position Summary:
The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic partner proactively drives high impact HR initiatives across multiple ITW Fluids NA locations. This role plays a critical part in shaping organizational effectiveness by supporting leadership development, talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, culture enhancement, and diversity & inclusion efforts.
Core Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders by learning the business operations and their interests to help drive business and team performance.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to ITW Fluids NA leadership on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning and team engagement
- Work closely with the HRD, local managers & client groups, providing expert guidance, coaching and support on all HR related matters including talent acquisition and management, performance & compensation management, workforce planning, employee experience, employee relations, local employment law compliance and disciplinary case support.
- Partner with talent acquisition associate and business leaders to position ITW Fluids NA to attract and retain talent through training & development and reward strategies.
- Further enhance the Division’s recruitment strategy, and deliver best practices in recruitment, talent selection and onboarding for both exempt and nonexempt roles, to accelerate their integration into the ITW’s Culture and Business Model.
- Support HRIS Platform (Workday) including reporting and auditing, onboarding and offboarding, performance tracking, etc. with fine attention to detail and accuracy
- Coordinate payroll system (Dayforce), including running payroll, managing pension program, sales commissions, bonus programs, benefits deductions, etc. while maintaining necessary reports and records.
- Partner with management on the identification and accelerated development of "High Potential" employees.
- Support the development and implementation of Diversity & Inclusion strategies including actively promoting and engaging with employee resource groups.
- Develop an understanding of the ITW Business Model with the ability to lead and implement meaningful change based on business unit and division strategic priorities.
- Lead employee relations efforts by interpreting company handbook/policies and finding resolution when investigating personnel concerns.
- Promote, support, and adhere to all safety, environmental and quality related policies and procedures.
- Monitor and update company policies and procedures ensuring full legal compliance.
- Support FMLA/Leave of Absence tracking along with the HR Generalist.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Travel: 30% for facility visits.
Qualifications / Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and/or equivalent professional experience. Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to influence at all levels
- Effective leader who drives results through others
- Self-directed and able to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment with a high degree of flexibility
- Proven ability to manage employee relations.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation Information:
$80,800 - $120,000
