Job Responsibilities:  

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. 

  • Project Oversight: Oversee engineering projects from conception through execution, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. 

  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise and support to the team, helping to resolve complex engineering challenges and ensure effective problem-solving. 

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and R&D, to ensure alignment and successful project execution. 

  • Reporting and Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of project progress, performance metrics, and compliance with regulatory standards. 

  • Training and Development: Develop training programs and materials to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members. 

 

Education:  

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field); a master's degree is a plus.
