YOUR MISSION

• Assistance in administrative tasks (maintenance of monthly reporting and planning files, handling of ad hoc business enquires, coordination of communication with the regional entities, SharePoint maintenance)

• Assistance of preparing standard monthly closing reports for the management board

• Support of creating standard monthly closing KPI files

• Assistance in updating PUMA Group Reporting Manual

• Support of half year / year end closing activities.

YOUR TALENT

• Currently enrolled as a student in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field throughout the entire working student employment period.

• Ideally, first experience in Finance/Controlling

• Very good MS Excel skills and good knowledge of other MS Office applications. Knowledge in Oracle HFM and Power BI are helpful.

• Good English language skills

• Flexibility, openness and communication skills

• Starting Date: 01.10.2026; Duration: 6 months.
