Position: Warranty Administrator
Location: Alliance RV
Department: Dealer Services

Job Overview:
Alliance RV is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our Dealer Services department. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our dealer partners by determining warranty coverage for units and ensuring efficient, clear communication throughout the process. In this fast-paced role, you'll be responsible for handling warranty authorizations in a timely manner and effectively communicating your intentions with dealers and vendors alike.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with dealer partners to assess warranty coverage and approve authorizations based on guidelines.
• Review and process warranty authorizations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with dealers and vendors about warranty intentions and requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with Alliance RV's warranty policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve warranty processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide outstanding customer service while solving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with dealers and vendors.
• Self-driven and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in warranty administration or a similar role is not a requirement
• Knowledge of the RV industry and warranty processes is a not a requirement.
