The opportunity:

The Travel & Expense Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end travel and expense processes, ensuring policy compliance, operational excellence, audit readiness, and high-quality employee support. The role involves reviewing expense reports, administering travel requests, supporting SAP Concur operations, managing corporate card programs, conducting analysis, and driving process improvements.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Managed employee travel and expense claims in SAP Concur, ensuring policy compliance, document validation, and timely reimbursements.

  • Ensure compliance with Travel & Expense policies, conducted compliance reviews, supported audits, and addressed recurring non-compliance issues.

  • Provided user support for SAP Concur, resolved system issues, supported testing and enhancements, and drove process improvements.

  • Managed AMEX Corporate Card and BTA activities, monitored overdue expenses, ensured compliance, and coordinated issue resolution with stakeholders.

  • Manage travel and expense support, conduct policy training, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build strong stakeholder relationships to enhance the employee experience.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.

  • Should have 3-4 years of experience.

  • Should have experience in claim processing a using Concur tool.

  • Professional certifications in Finance, SAP Concur, Lean Six Sigma, or Process Excellence are desirable.

  • Strong understanding of Travel & Expense processes and policy administration.

  • Demonstrates effective use of AI and digital tools to enhance problem-solving, decision-making, and productivity, while applying sound judgment, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and maintaining accountability for outcomes.
