Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications

Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play 

To bring together the different businesses within SJ Integrated Solutions and communicate our collective capabilities through clear, impactful stories. Working closely with business leaders, subject-matter experts and corporate teams, you will lead marketing campaigns, content development, events and internal communications that strengthen our brand and support business priorities. 

Integrated Marketing and Storytelling 

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications plans aligned with business priorities. 

• Work across business units to identify client successes, projects, innovations, partnerships and employee stories. 

• Translate complex technical and operational information into clear and compelling narratives. 

• Ensure the different businesses are presented as part of a coherent SJ Integrated Solutions proposition. 

Content and Campaigns 

• Develop content for social media, websites, case studies, presentations, articles, leadership communications and internal channels. 

• Manage the marketing and content calendar across internal and external platforms. 

• Plan and execute B2B campaigns supporting priority markets, sectors, solutions and business opportunities. 

• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and stakeholder feedback. 

Events and Industry Engagement 

• Lead the marketing and communications workstream for exhibitions, conferences, client visits, launches and internal events. 

• Define event objectives, audiences, key messages and content requirements. 

• Coordinate speakers, presentations, promotional communications and post-event follow-up. 

• Partner with the Creatives Lead on visual direction, booth content and multimedia assets. 

Internal Communications 

• Support town halls, leadership communications, employee campaigns, newsletters and internal platforms. 

• Develop stories that recognise employees, encourage collaboration and build a stronger shared identity across the business units. 

• Communicate organisational priorities and changes clearly and appropriately. 

Brand and Stakeholder Management 

• Maintain consistency in SJ Integrated Solutions’ positioning, messaging and tone of voice. 

• Work with SJ Group Corporate Communications and relevant internal stakeholders on major campaigns and announcements. 

• Develop clear briefs and work closely with the Creatives Lead, agencies and vendors to deliver communications materials. 

• Manage project timelines, budgets, approvals and performance reporting. 

What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You 

• Candidate to preferably possess Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline. 

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience  

• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills 

• Strong stakeholder and project-management capabilities. 

• Experience in B2B marketing, digital content, campaigns and events. 

• Problem-solver who can multi-task efficiently and oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
