Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A - Procurement at a Glance….
The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A - Procurement will support the monthly rituals & routines (including analysis and reporting), monthly/ quarterly/ annual reviews, development of the strategic plan & yearlong productivity efforts for NA Procurement. The position will be key in driving efficiency and clarity in NA Procurement’s performance. In addition, the position interacts with Procurement, Procurement Finance, controllership to support procurement initiatives.
What’s on the menu?
- Report to Sr. Manager Procurement FP&A and provide end-to-end finance support to Procurement function.
- Drive end-to-end month closing and forecast cadences, coordinating cross-functional inputs from Procurement and Finance partners to deliver high-impact actuals, variances, and forecast presentations to executive leadership.
- Monthly actuals and forecast reporting and support on MPR (Performance Review) routines for Procurement and Operations FP&A
- Roll-up detailed plans and check-point presentations to leadership
- Partner with Procurement Finance Team, coordinate monthly forecast process and inputs to ensure accurate forecasting
- Partner with Procurement to validate and monitor savings initiatives and ensure savings are correctly reported
- Support Lead in ad hoc requests and quantifying financials that results in a clear message for leadership and buyers
- Monitor contractual events (rebates, obligations, penalties).
- Responsible for strategic project tracking with local/global teams

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of related FP&A finance experience
- Strong technical (Data Analytics) and systems (SAP, PowerBI, Office 365) orientation desired
- Analytical thinking with experience of working with large volume of data
- Expert level efficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI (preferred)
- Strong business acumen, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional team members
- Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Team player who manages collaboratively with the ability to influence management, in some cases without authority
- Exhibits strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$89,800.00 - $112,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
