Job Description
Repair Operations Trainee is an important member of the EMEA Repair Operations Control Tower, this role is responsible for driving material availability, processing operational requisitions, and managing warranty accessory workflows across our regional depot network. Working alongside Repair Coordinators, the Global Material Team, and external partners, Intern plays a critical role in preventing supply-driven repair delays, maintaining on-time release schedules, and supporting the day-to-day execution of the Control Tower.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warranty & Accessory Management: Oversee the end-to-end EMEA warranty accessory replacement process and ensure the on-time release and fulfillment of Distribution Center (DC) accessory orders.
- Material & Order Processing: Execute Free of Charge (FOC) and Internal Requisitions for repair materials, while processing and receiving purchase orders (POs) for external suppliers.
- Supply Chain & Planning Support: Provide direct materials planning support for EMEA repair hubs, actively tracking shortages, and escalating/expediting material bottlenecks before they impact repair Turn Around Time (TAT) and Projected Ship Dates (PSD).
- Operational Execution: Support the broader Control Tower team with daily operational tasks, cross-functional queries, and process continuity.
