Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. The Maintenance Technician improves maintenance related nonproductive time ratio of the Division's assets within the Maintenance Base (MB) and improves maintenance efficiency and people productivity.
- Key Responsibilities
- Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and compliant with the reliability centered maintenance strategy through adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management System and standard work.
- Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems to record materials and supplies, labor costs and equipment maintenance performance history such as movements, work orders, parts used and time to maintain.
- Comply with Division TLM standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve asset turnaround time, which includes reducing downtime due to maintenance, parts and return authorization numbers, failures and work-in-process.
- Participate in failure investigations as assigned.
- Comply with the TLM Competency Management System
Skills & Competencies:
Troubleshooting and maintenance of Injectors, Stimulation units, Coil tubing, Pumps, Motors, Cylinders, HR-480, HR560, HR580, HR6100 and HR6140, NPS and NPF’s units. NPF-374, NPS-343, NPS-142, Boost pumps, SPF-743, SPF-343, SPF-243, MPF-342 and MPF-331, Caterpillars engine (CAT 3512C, CAT C-10, CAT C-15, CAT 3176), Pod blender and Supper Pod (SBF-624, Sand chief, C-Pump (10x12), LAS (Liquid additive system)
