We are growing and looking for Quality Automotive Service Advisors to work with our Quality Dealership representing a Quality Product! Our Service Advisor should be passionate about customer service and enjoy interacting with people throughout the working day.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and identify their vehicle service needs.
Prepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and maintenance recommendations.
Obtain customer authorization before completing additional repairs.
Communicate repair progress, costs, and completion times to customers.
Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to keep repairs on schedule.
Review completed repair orders for accuracy before vehicle delivery.
Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Meet customer satisfaction and service sales goals.
Maintain accurate service records and follow dealership procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned by service management.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience is a Plus.
- Positive & Friendly Attitude
- Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience
- Ability to Achieve Targeted Goals
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
