Job Description
Sales Support (Retail) is responsible for administrative and sales support of one or more sales people. Activities include processing and confirming customer transactions, while maintaining accounts, research lists, and compiling statistical information.
Consumer Banking covers activities related to providing services and products directly to consumers through various business channels. This group includes retail banking, consumer lending, auto finance, small business banking, and related business areas. The Sales function is responsible for new business and revenue generation, supporting customers in finding products, solutions, and services that best meet their needs. Sets the direction and policies for sales activities, and manages the execution of these plans.
