Financial Analysis Manager

The Role:

The Financial Analysis Manager will act as a strategic and analytical partner to the Idesignated Team. As part of the Finance team, the role involves providing functional leadership in financial planning and data analysis to drive balanced, profitable growth while ensuring financial integrity. 

Your Contribution:

Financial Leadership:
- Managing quarter-end close processes.
- Coordinating with controllership to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
- Collaborating closely with the Cluster business team on day-to-day activities.
- Interacting with Regional category teams, finance peers, and the supply chain team
- Partner with cluster sales heads to make sound financial decisions.
- Own the Profit and Loss (P&L) by managing budgets and ensuring predictability while achieving business results
Organization Support:
- Lead the designated team(s) through data-based analytics, trends, and key insights.
- Aid in the preparation of the annual operating plan and conduct quarterly business planning reviews.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor key performance indicators such as Revenue, Margins, Sell Through/Sellout, Channel Inventory, and Operating Expenses.
- Manage performance dashboards for channels/GTM P&L.
- Set up quotas and oversee quarterly commissions processes.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 8 years of FP&A experience in Consumer Electronics, IT, or FMCG industries.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for manipulating and interpreting data.
- Proven ability to drive change and influence business results.
- Self-motivation and independence in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Tableau, Oracle, and Hyperion is a plus.
