Job Description Summary
Designs and evaluates clinical learning solutions for complex workflows, regulatory requirements, and workforce capability needs that span teams or programs. Leads needs assessments, develops curricula and competency models, manages major training initiatives, and analyzes learning and operational data to recommend changes to clinical education practices.Senior Clinical Training & Development Analyst works independently on enterprise-impact projects with limited supervision. Decisions impact project- and program-level outcomes. This job sets direction on methods and approach within the clinical training and development domain and influences policies and procedures within the function, applying advanced subject-matter expertise to problems that span teams and processes.
How will you make an impact & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Lead learning-needs assessments using performance data, stakeholder interviews, workflow reviews, and learner feedback.
• Design curricula, learning pathways, competency frameworks, assessments, and reinforcement strategies for complex clinical topics.
• Manage training projects from scope definition through development, pilot, implementation, and evaluation.
• Establish evaluation plans and analyze learning, quality, compliance, and operational measures to assess effectiveness.
• Recommend changes to training content, delivery methods, competency standards, and learning processes.
• Advise clinical leaders and subject-matter experts on instructional approaches and implementation requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and quality review for work completed by less experienced training professionals.
Compensation Range:
$70,379.00to
$105,569.00
The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
