Full Time, Recurring Seasonal (March 1st – May 22nd) - Pernes Based

Job Summary:

The Leadership Development Coordinator – EU / BLUE is responsible for coordinating the Pernes BLUE training logistics welcoming 600+ field staff, including training operations, equipment, documentation, and on-site support. This role supervises the team of BLUE Hosts and partners closely with the US Field Training Specialist and the broader Leadership Development team to ensure a smooth, well-organized, and high-quality training experience.

The BLUE LDC may also support additional Leadership Development projects, including New to Europe training and Drive School facilitation, and other coordination needs related to training delivery.

This position requires someone who embodies the Mentor criteria and demonstrates exceptional leadership, a strong and effective presence as a facilitator and speaker, self-sufficiency, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate has a strong Trip Leading performance history, and prior mentoring experience is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics for all European BLUE trainings.
• Supervise and support the team of BLUE Hosts.
• Maintain and update BLUE coordination documents and training materials.
• Facilitate New to Europe training when scheduling allows.
• Serve as a Drive School instructor for NTE / NLT as needed.
• Work closely with Leadership Development Managers and the wider LD team on departmental projects and training initiatives.
