About
A Sr Analist in People Care is responsible for the development and implementation of Human Resources policies and practices.
Responsibilities:
Provides professional and confidential HR support and administration across the full range of HR activity.
Collaborate in the evaluation of personnel performance.
Receive queries and doubts related to human resources management.
Evaluate compliance with schedules.
Manage overtime and licenses.
Evaluate requests for salary increases.
Relieve training needs and provide support to the instances training
Perform E2E recruiting process.
Conducts job evaluations and/or salary benchmarking ensuring consistency across the organisation and understanding the external market.
Carry out the induction of personnel.
Maintain files and resumes.
Develop positive relationships with colleagues, learns and understands our organisation and our customers/members, ensuring our people and our customers at the heart of what we do.
Maintain current and accurate information within the HR Software System and shared drive and produces robust management information aligned to business needs. Maintaining data protection at all times.
Support the timely and accurate processing of our payroll and production of relevant HR correspondence and contractual documents.
Understanding and following Company policies to support our people.
