As a Senior Specialist Backend Academy on our Corporate team, you’ll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon’s Business thriving. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Lead the development, governance, and continuous enhancement of Backend
competency and capability frameworks within the Industrial Engineering (IE)
organization. Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Human
Resources, Learning & Development (L&D), and other functional academies
to establish competency standards, proficiency models, assessment
methodologies, and workforce development strategies. Define and implement competency frameworks to ensure organizational
capabilities evolve in alignment with business objectives, technological
advancements, operational excellence initiatives, and future workforce
requirements. Drive digitalization initiatives to strengthen competency development,
learning effectiveness, and organizational capability building. Leverage data analytics to evaluate and enhance learning effectiveness,
competency development outcomes, and workforce readiness. Support capability development through innovative training solutions and
knowledge management platforms. Promote effective knowledge sharing and competency development across
Backend Operations and related functions. Enable the organization’s digital transformation journey by integrating
capability development strategies with evolving business and technology needs. Drive initiatives that build organizational capabilities and strengthen
workforce competencies to support current and future business requirements. Contribute to the future readiness of Backend Operations by cultivating
a highly competent workforce capable of meeting evolving operational and
business demands. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering,
Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or a
related discipline. Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions, digital transformation
initiatives, and data-driven learning methodologies is an added advantage. Experience in developing and maintaining competency frameworks, proficiency models, assessment methodologies, or technical capability programs is preferred. Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with global stakeholders is highly desirable. Strong understanding of competency management, workforce development, and organizational capability-building principles.
