Sr. Product Manager

     

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Function:

• Support the execution and achievement of overall performance of assigned brands, which includes the development of medical content, execution of medical marketing projects and communication in professional manners with team members and HCPs.
• To assist in the development of annual marketing plan for different brand positioning and channel, co-ordinate successful implementation and grow the long-term sales, profit and market share position for assigned products

Major Responsibilities:

• Provide medical content leadership and help facilitate team to understand  therapeutic areas and opportunities for  ADC existing and new products by conducting medical and product training for sales force
• Lead medical marketing project and appropriately interpret and apply clinical data, therapeutic knowledge and current healthcare practice into medical strategy
• Works with Creative, Digital and Account teams to turn medical insights and strategy into innovative creative and education campaigns for HCPs, Patients and Market Access stakeholders
• Explore medical content and strategy to help overcome obstacles and /or realize opportunities
• Develop annual medical marketing and education plan which is aligned with marketing strategies and plan
• Act as communication bridge between ADC and HCPs/KOLs on medical strategy and professional communication
• Act as medical and product consultant to sales and marketing team

Minimum Education Required:

• Bachelor degree and above with pharmaceutic related major
• Strong medical and clinical background with experience in marketing, former experience on diabetes care/insulin will be a plus
• Experience in brand marketing/medical marketing experience in MNC  

Minimum Experience Required:

• Able to convert medical knowledge and insight to develop medical strategy and content opportunities relevant to the brand
• Effective team member and demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Manage time well and be able to multi-task
• Possession of highest personal integrity and standards         
• Strong sense of responsibility      
• High level of commitment and ready to work under pressure      
• Strong influence ability, open and confident personality         
• Fluent both in oral and written English    
• Familiar with computer software
