Description
Role: Administrator / Customer Service Agent
Location: Harlow
Pay rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Mon–Fri, 7:30 am–4:30 pm
We are seeking a confident Administrator to join our client in Harlow. You’ll be the first point of contact for calls, provide excellent communication with customers and colleagues, and support the team with admin and data entry tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Confident handling calls and enquiries
- PC literate with accurate data entry ability
- Organised, reliable, and available immediately
