Order/Revenue Management Specialist

We're looking for a high‑performing Order/Revenue Management Specialist to play a critical role in supporting complex, high‑value semiconductor equipment orders. This customer‑facing position works closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, and Logistics and is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and problem‑solving. You will own and manage the end‑to‑end order lifecycle for semiconductor capital equipment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer forecasts, orders, and related data in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer commitments are met.
• Create and maintain quotations, sales orders, and related documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with tax, trade, and internal policies.
• Support shipment readiness, billing, revenue recognition, and audit requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, or Project Coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of order fulfillment, logistics, forecasting, and revenue processes.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology industries is a plus.

• Sales support and demand/forecast planning experience.
• Contract management and compliance knowledge.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and proactively manage risks.
