Labor & Delivery RN (707) Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to Labor & Delivery patients.
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable California regulations.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of one (1) year recent Labor & Delivery or related acute care experience.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Current ACLS certification required.
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification preferred or required by facility.
- Ability to successfully pass all pre-employment screenings, including background check, drug screening (where permitted by law), and credential verification.
- Ability to meet all hospitals and California state compliance requirements.
Pay Transparency
The anticipated pay rate for this position is $55.00 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, certifications, assignment location, shift, and facility requirements.
