Responsible for project coordination and tracking, risk management, and issue resolution. Duties may include supporting assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, tracking schedules to ensure timely completion of project, communicating projects status and issues to team and management, acting to reduce risk and resolve issues. Coordinate with other projects and work groups.How You'll Contribute
- Maintains logs, database, records and files for information management & tracking purposes
- Prepares check requests, billing instructions and other forms as needed
- Performs research for projects and follows up on routine project issues
- Researches fees, timeframes and procedures required for requesting information from municipalities
- Requests information and documents from municipalities, following up on requests and clarifying conformation information
- Obtains current zoning and pulling applicable code sections from municipality zoning ordinances
- May assist project manager in the administration/coordination of a project or contribute to a smaller scale project or project area
- Manages proposal files and information, uses production and municipality databases
- May facilitate status meetings
- May assist in assembly of zoning reports
How You'll Contribute
Education, Experience, Licensure & Certification
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Employees entering this job typically have 2+ years of experience in an advanced administrative function.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- MS Software skills
- Organizational and coordinating skills
- General problem-solving skills
- Oral communication skills sufficient to gather information and relay project information to a wide audience.
- Written communication skills sufficient to create project plans and other project documentation.
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
