HR Operations, Senior Officer
Luxembourg & Foreign Offices
As an HR Operations Senior Officer, you will provide reliable, compliant and employee-focused HR support throughout the entire employee life cycle. Combining hands-on HR administration with process ownership, you will help ensure high service standards, accurate HR data and the continuous improvement of our HR Operations.
Your role:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR administration, leave management, social security matters and employment-related questions;
- Managing all aspects of employee lifecycle administration, including contracts, amendments, onboarding and offboarding processes, personnel files and statutory obligations;
- Coordinating maternity, parental and other family-related leaves, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg legislation and providing guidance to employees and managers;
- Administering sickness, absence and social security processes, including follow-up with relevant authorities and support for long-term absence management;
- Managing working time, holiday entitlements and absence records, while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with internal policies;
- Maintaining high-quality employee data in Workday and other HR systems, performing regular controls and contributing to reliable HR reporting;
- Supporting international mobility activities, including assignments, secondments, work permits, social security registrations and foreign office administration;
- Providing operational HR expertise and guidance to HR Business Partners and managers while ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement, simplification and digitalisation of HR processes, systems and employee self-service solutions;
- Producing meaningful HR metrics and insights to support decision-making and operational excellence.
Your profile:
- You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Services or HR Administration;
- Good knowledge of Luxembourg labour law and social security procedures;
- Experience with employee lifecycle administration, leave management and HR data quality;
- Exposure to international HR administration and Workday, or another HRIS, would be an advantage;
- Strong service orientation, attention to detail and confidence working with HR systems and operational data;
- Reliable, proactive, discreet and comfortable interacting with employees, managers and internal and external stakeholders;
- Fluent in French and English. Additional languages are an asset.
