Healthy At Home Caregivers is growing, and we're looking for a sharp, organized, tech-savvy Front Office Assistant to join our Dana Point team. This is more than answering phones. We want someone who takes initiative, learns quickly, stays one step ahead, and enjoys making things run smoothly. 

 What You'll Do

 • Answer phones, monitor emails, and assist clients, caregivers, and visitors

 • Organize and maintain client and caregiver files

 • Review files for missing or expiring documents, certifications, authorizations, and consents

 • Scan, upload, file, and maintain accurate records

 • Help keep the office organized, stocked, and audit-ready

 • Assist with new client and caregiver paperwork • 

Use technology and AI tools to work smarter and solve everyday problems

 • Jump in wherever needed to keep the office moving 

Requirements

 We'd Love Someone Who Is

 • Organized, dependable, professional, and detail-oriented

 • Resourceful and able to work independently

 • Comfortable with computers, technology, and AI

 • A quick learner who doesn't need constant direction

 • Friendly and confident communicating by phone, email, and in person

 • Excited to learn, take on more responsibility, and grow with the company

 • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus 

 6-12 months of office, administrative, front desk, healthcare office, or related experience is preferred. Healthcare or home care experience is a plus but not required.

 Location

 Dana Point, CA - 100% in-office. Local candidates are strongly preferred. Applicants should be within a reasonable daily commuting distance of Dana Point and able to reliably report to the office for every scheduled shift.
