Senior Online Manager, Asia Pacific

Overview:

In this role, you will drive growth, maximize revenue, and enhance the online shopping experience across channels for assigned brand(s). You will build and own the online brand strategy, including but not limited to platform and market differentiation, in partnership with Regional Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Define Brand online strategy with the Regional Brand

• Define Brand Online strategy for all platforms in line with global brand strategy and in close relationship with Regional Brand
• Account Brand Online P&L to ensure achieving sales target and profitability
• Own Regional online calendar and orchestrate execution upon alignment with Regional Brand

Manage key APAC activations

• Define APAC online activation portfolio and strategy with close collaboration with Regional Brand & markets
• Input and validate Media and CRM plans with Regional specialist teams
• Oversee execution (SEO, UX, Paid Media, CRM) & KPIs (Traffic, Sales, ROAS, Recruitment/Retention) on key activations to ensure sales & consumer targets are reached, agile actions for mitigation

Develop DTC Brand.com Business

• Oversee Brand.com P&Ls for designated Brands in relevant markets to ensure achieving sales target and profitability
• Build, optimize and ultimately responsible for respective Brand.com commercial/traffic building block and activations (content, media, CRM) portfolio
• Identify key opportunity areas by reviewing Brand.com performances leveraging data from dashboards and reports
• Coordinate with external agencies with fluid and agile communication skills, act as the Brand.com key point of contact and advocate for Regional Brand and Online

Play pivotal role to coordinate internal stakeholders

• Coordinate with team of specialists (Regional/Affiliate Brand, Media, CRM) to deliver brand targets
• Liaise with local market DCM key account managers to optimize key campaigns within global brand guidelines

## Qualifications

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in Ecommerce, online or digital marketing from a consumer-focused brand or digital agency practice
• Strong leadership and influencing skills to lead multiple projects in a matrix environment
• Skilled at managing stakeholders at different levels of seniority to accomplish business goals while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships

• Able to work effectively with teams spread across multiple geographies and time zones
• Strong analytical skills, fast-learning, and flexible to deal with ambiguity
• Detail orientated with strong sense of work prioritization
