Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, a typical day involves engaging with customers to address their concerns and inquiries effectively. The role includes coordinating with various departments to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintaining clear communication channels. This position requires managing multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing customer satisfaction and supporting the overall service process. The role also involves documenting interactions and following up on pending matters to ensure complete resolution, contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate effective communication between customers and internal teams to ensure clarity and prompt action.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist junior team members by offering support and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CRM Sales.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
- Experience in handling customer queries and providing functional or technical support.
- Ability to analyze customer issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse customer interactions.
- Familiarity with administrative processes related to customer service operations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CRM Sales.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
