Successful candidates will have the following:
- Scheduling experience is required
- Understanding of PA regs regarding staffing ratios
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to pivot and problem-solve
- Compassion for a vulnerable population
Your day to day:
You'll manage our monthly nursing staff schedules, ensuring PA staffing ratios are met and that staff meets the necessary criteria for the unit to which they'll be assigned. You'll work under supervision of our Administrator and DON to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
