Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently take guest orders at the front counter or drive-thru using registers or iPads.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and courteous customer service.
- Promptly deliver orders to dine-in and mobile-order guests.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Assist with cleaning and restocking during non-peak hours.
- Be willing to cross-train in front-of-house and back-of-house positions, including food preparation, fryer, grill, and other stations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Open availability is preferred.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must be available to work Friday and/or Saturday.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain positive and productive in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, adaptable, and committed to a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in different weather conditions and standing for up to eight hours.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Comfortable and confident handling money.
