Quality Manager (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position stellen Sie die Aufrechterhaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems sicher. Sie gewährleisten die Einhaltung von Kundenanforderungen, Normen und Zertifizierungsstandards und tragen maßgeblich zur Qualitätskultur unseres Standortes bei.

Qualitätsmanagement & Compliance

• Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung, Implementierung und Pflege des Qualitätsmanagementsystems (QMS)

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Normen und Standards, insbesondere ISO 9001 und IATF 16949

• Planung, Durchführung und Begleitung interner sowie externer Audits, Kunden-, Zertifizierungs- und Behördenaudits

• Zentraler Ansprechpartner für qualitätsrelevante Kundenanfragen, Eskalationen und Beanstandungen

Qualitätssicherung & Qualitätskontrolle

• Definition, Überwachung und Analyse relevanter Qualitätskennzahlen (KPIs), wie Reklamationen, Ausschuss, Nacharbeit und Fehlerquoten

• Sicherstellung wirksamer Prüf-, Test- und Validierungsprozesse für Wareneingang, Fertigung und Endprodukt

• Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung statistischer Methoden sowie bestehender Qualitätswerkzeuge

Kontinuierliche Verbesserung

• Leitung von Ursachenanalysen sowie Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen

• Initiierung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsprojekten unter Anwendung von Lean-, Six-Sigma- und weiteren Qualitätsmethoden

• Förderung einer nachhaltigen Qualitäts- und Verbesserungskultur

Führung & Teamentwicklung

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Qualitätsmanagement-Teams bestehend aus 5-8 Personen

• Coaching, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden

• Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen zu Qualitätsstandards, Prozessen und Methoden

• Förderung von Qualitätsbewusstsein und Eigenverantwortung im gesamten Werk

Lieferanten- & Kundenqualität

• Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung definierter Qualitätsstandards

• Bearbeitung und nachhaltige Lösung von Lieferanten- und Kundenreklamationen

• Unterstützung von Produktneuanläufen und Änderungsprojekten hinsichtlich qualitätsrelevanter Anforderungen

Your Responsibilities

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the site's Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and certification regulations. You will lead quality-related processes and drive a strong culture of quality throughout the organization.

Quality Management & Compliance

• Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the plant's Quality Management System (QMS)

• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements, particularly ISO 9001 and IATF 16949

• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, including customer, certification, and regulatory audits

• Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related customer concerns, complaints, and escalations

Quality Control & Assurance

• Establish, monitor, and analyze quality performance metrics (KPIs), including customer complaints, scrap, rework, and defect rates

• Oversee inspection, testing, and validation processes for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods

• Ensure effective application of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other quality management tools

Continuous Improvement

• Lead root cause analyses and corrective/preventive action initiatives (RCA, CAPA, 8D)

• Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality methodologies

• Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and develop the Quality Management team

• Support employee growth through mentoring, training, and performance management

• Deliver training programs on quality standards, procedures, and tools

• Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and customer focus across the plant

Supplier & Customer Quality

• Partner with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and resolve supplier quality issues

• Collaborate closely with customers to address quality concerns and maintain strong relationships

• Support new product introductions (NPI) and engineering changes to ensure all quality requirements are met

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement eines produzierenden Unternehmens, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Normen ISO 9001 und IATF 16949

• Erfahrung in der Durchführung und Steuerung von Audits

• Kenntnisse in Qualitätsmethoden wie FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, 8D und Six Sigma

• Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams sind wünschenswert

• Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent qualification

• Several years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements

• Proven experience leading internal and external audits

• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, 8D, and Six Sigma

• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop high-performing teams

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
