Responsibilities:
Plan and manage production schedules and manufacturing activities.
Coordinate nonwoven fabric and yarn production, processing, and raw material management.
Track and manage production performance indicators using SAP.
Support SAP-related operations, data management, and period-end closing processes.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance manufacturing performance.
Support shop-floor quality control and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
0 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, operations, or a related area.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Understanding of nonwoven materials, industrial equipment, or the automotive industry.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, including business email writing and reporting.
