About the Role:
Supports clinical operations strategy and efficiency initiatives by completing basic assigned tasks, data entry, and documentation under close and direct guidance. Develops foundational knowledge of clinical trial operations, operational data support, and technology-enabled tools._
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
Supports basic clinical operations administrative and data-entry tasks as assigned
Collects and organizes operational data following detailed instructions and established templates
Assists with maintaining trackers, reference materials, and team resources
Identifies basic questions or issues and escalate for guidance
Participates in team meetings to learn processes and provide status updates on assigned tasks
Completes assigned tasks accurately and within timelines, with regular check-ins from manager or mentor
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
BA and 0 to 2 years of applicable experience
Entry-level exposure to clinical research or clinical trial operations through coursework, internship, or general interest (no prior work experience required)
Ability to perform basic data entry and organization following established steps
Interest in learning about clinical systems, GCP principles, or the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Interest in learning how reporting or collaboration tools (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet) are used in the role
Basic awareness of clinical operations terminology and functional area practices
Developing computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete structured tasks
Willingness to ask questions, receive close guidance, and act on frequent feedback
Detail-oriented; understands the importance of meeting deadlines

The hourly rate we reasonably expect to pay is $35.35-$47.34. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 15% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
