Your Opportunity, Your Team

  • Reporting to the Claims & Risk Management Lead - Treasury, you will provide full cycle support for claims. These claims include worker's compensation claims, general liability & product claims, and cyber claims. Additionally, you will engage with team members directly to provide service. You will process and document claims to ensure compliance with legislative provisions, company policies and insurance industry best practices. You will act in a fiduciary role on behalf of our large deductible, including consultation on the calculation and posting of claim case reserves and the negotiation and resolution of claims.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: NJ, DE, PA. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Manage workers' compensation claims, general liability claims, product claims and cyber claims from beginning to closure.
  • Be the primary contact for evaluating recommendations and decisions with regards to and claim mitigation and resolution.
  • End-to-end administrative support of return to work assignments for full and restricted returns for all U.S. QVC locations and panel providers
  • Track and comply necessary statistics for Management.
  • Evaluate and submit settlement authority proposals, and reserve increases and decreases.
  • Prepare reports detailing claim status, payments, reserves, and claim trends.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years leading end-to-end review of insurance claims.
  • 3+ years experience supporting worker's compensation and general liability claims.
  • 3+ years experience using claims service vendor systems or on-site database software to maintain continuity of claims history database.
  • 3+ years experience using customer portals, payroll and HR Resource Systems and team member data management.
  • 3+ years experience using knowledge of jurisdictional requirements and applicable case law for each claim and respective state.
  • 3+ years experience partnering with panel providers to evaluate claims.
  • Experience documenting claim review cycle preferred.
