Role Overview
The Vice President of Sales for CSD is responsible for the strategic sales leadership, staffing and performance management of a complex, multi‑brand sales organization that includes, select on-site Sales Galleries, Virtual Sales teams, and Telesales team. This leader ensures the successful execution of sales strategies, sales production, and customer experience initiatives that support both developer revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
Lead long‑term planning for cost effective sales delivery of on-site Sales Galleries, and partner with Virtual Sales and Telesales teams.
2. Operational Excellence
Oversee daily sales operations for Sales Teams.
Maintain high standards for staffing, training, sales processes and customer experience.
3. Sales & Marketing Performance Management
Lead a team of Sales Executives, Sales Managers, and Sales Directors to achieve volume, VPG, tour flow, and close rate targets.
4. Talent Leadership & Culture
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across onsite and remote teams.
Foster a culture of recognition, engagement, and accountability, reflected in high ES scores and inclusive culture metrics.
Ensure leadership development and succession planning across all departments.
5. Financial & Performance Accountability
Exceed annual budgets and performance metrics for all sales channels.
6. Customer Experience & Quality Assurance
Champion a customer‑first philosophy, ensuring every interaction “leaves customers better than we found them.”
Oversee SMS performance, quality assurance processes, and continuous improvement in tour and sales delivery.
7. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Central Sales Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment and execution of enterprise initiatives.
Qualifications
10+ years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality operations.
Proven success leading large distribution teams and multi‑channel sales organizations.
Expertise in on-site and virtual sales environments.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing $50M+ revenue portfolios.
Exceptional communication, change leadership, and organizational development skills.
