Job Description

We are looking for a Bilingual VES Analyst – Non-Revenue Support to support non-revenue toll programs, maintain account accuracy, analyze account activity, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This position will be full-time and onsite in Boca Raton, FL.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

  • Process transponder orders submitted by the Non-Revenue Account Administrator

  • Perform account maintenance activities for non-revenue toll accounts

  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding account status and program participation

  • Review invoices generated for non-revenue account customers and determine whether payment or dismissal is appropriate based on applicable Florida statutes

  • Conduct audits of non-revenue accounts and communicate with participating agencies to ensure compliance

  • Exercise independent judgment while following established policies, procedures, and guidelines

  • Create, maintain, and update reports related to account activity and program performance

  • Enter and update account notes, attachments, and vehicle information within Vector in accordance with established procedures

  • Ensure all work activities are completed in compliance with established performance standards and metrics

  • Collaborate with agencies, departments, and program participants to support account administration activities

  • Perform special projects and additional responsibilities assigned by the Non-Revenue Account Administrator

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

  • Minimum of three months of experience as an Image Verifier, Customer Care Specialist, Correspondence Analyst, or related role

  • Experience providing customer service and account support

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Experience reviewing, validating, and maintaining account information and documentation

  • Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and business rules to make accurate account decisions

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive information

  • Experience creating and maintaining reports

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiency with computer systems and data entry applications

Preferred:

  • Experience working with tolling, transportation, or customer account management programs

  • Experience auditing accounts and ensuring program compliance

  • Experience working with databases or case management systems such as Vector

  • Knowledge of Florida tolling programs or non-revenue account processes

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$20.98 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
