We are a well-known and established Lift Service, Installation and Repair company. Due to our ever-growing lift service portfolio, we are looking for a Project Manager to cover London.
Key Responsibilities of the successful Project Manager:
- Plan, coordinate and deliver lift installation, modernisation, refurbishment and replacement projects from commencement to completion.
- Develop project schedules, monitor progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), site safety procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate lift engineers, installation teams, subcontractors, suppliers and specialist contractors.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, main contractors, consultants and other stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
Key requirements of the successful Project Manager:
- NVQ Level 3 qualified in Lift Engineering
- Experience in the lift and escalator industry, ideally in installation, modernisation or project delivery.
- Previous experience managing projects, engineers, subcontractors and customer relationships.
- Relevant qualifications for the position, e.g. J Modules
- Health and safety training appropriate to the role.
- Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel with the role
