- Assist in analyzing inspection and purchasing data — generating supplier performance reports, facilitating material review board (MRB) activities, and processing the disposition of non-conforming materials.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of shipping materials and supplies — comparing identifying information, counts, weights, or measurements of incoming and outgoing shipments against relevant documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Safely operate a lift truck, forklift, hand truck, and carts to transport shipments from the shipping and receiving area to storage or work areas — preparing and affixing shipping labels to packed cartons or stencils for identification.
Role Essentials
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field — or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the role, with experience working with electronic manufacturing equipment or tools.
- Strong attention to detail — with good ability to read and understand prints, schematics, and technical specifications, and the ability to interpret technical specifications into the working environment.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills — with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact with others with professionalism and discretion.
- Forklift certification or license — with the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and products — with the ability to use web-based applications and edit or write documents and spreadsheets, with up to 5% travel may be required.
