Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Good to have skills : Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML)

Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes managing change requests by creating and implementing them carefully, as well as updating knowledge base articles to enhance troubleshooting efficiency. Collaboration is key, as the position requires working closely with vendors and service management teams to analyze issues and find effective solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities and continuous system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in documenting processes and procedures to improve team knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.
- Engage proactively in identifying potential system improvements and operational efficiencies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PHP (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML).
- Strong problem-solving abilities related to system incidents and operational challenges.
- Familiarity with change management processes and documentation standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Experience in maintaining and updating technical knowledge bases for troubleshooting.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PHP (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
