Join Amadeus’ Hospitality division and play a key role in connecting technology with outstanding customer service. As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll help hotels around the world deliver smooth and efficient operations every day. You’ll be part of a global, collaborative team focused on service excellence, learning, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you'll

• Provide clear and helpful assistance to customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Diagnose and resolve technical or functional issues, ensuring a positive experience for each interaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex inquiries and deliver seamless solutions.
• Suggest improvements to enhance our processes, tools, and customer experience.
• Support ongoing initiatives that strengthen communication and knowledge sharing across the team.

About the ideal candidate

• Experience or interest in Customer Support or service-oriented roles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and thoughtful approach.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Spanish, German, French, or Italian is valued but not required.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Office—or motivation to learn them.
• Organized and adaptable, able to manage customer requests in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Able to work a Sunday to Thursday schedule as part of our hybrid working model.
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or related sectors is considered a plus.
