Warehouse Access Control Security Officers

Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Blueline Security Services LLC is hiring Security Officers for a warehouse access control position. We are looking for dependable, professional individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and open availability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and control access at the warehouse entrance/gate.

• Check employee, visitor, and contractor IDs and credentials.

• Conduct bag and personal-item searches in accordance with site procedures.

• Monitor individuals entering and exiting the property.

• Maintain accurate access control records and logs.

• Follow all site-specific post orders and security procedures.

• Report suspicious activity, safety concerns, and policy violations.

• Provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors.

• Maintain a professional appearance and remain alert throughout the shift.

• Perform other security duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Maryland Security Guard License.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Must be able to pass required background screening and meet Blueline Security Services hiring requirements.

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

• Must be comfortable conducting access control and bag searches.

• Strong attention to detail is required.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.

• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.

• Open availability is strongly preferred.

• Must be able to work all required duties of the assigned post.

SHIFT AVAILABILITY

All 3 shifts are currently available.

We are looking for candidates who can provide flexible availability and are willing to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

EXPERIENCE

Security experience is preferred but not required.

This is an entry-level security position, and Blueline Security Services is willing to train the right candidate. We are looking for people who are dependable, willing to learn, take direction well, and have a strong commitment to doing the job correctly.
